A MULTICULTURAL AND COSMOPOLITAN LOCATION
Odessa is a city with a colourful personality, a multifaceted little world situated between the sea and the steppe.
A CITY RICH WITH ELEGANT BUILDINGS
The third largest city in Ukraine, with more than one million residents, Odessa is distinguished by its characteristic city centre, rich with elegant buildings that retain the influence of various styles, particularly Italian and French.
The main artery of the city is the car free Deribassivska street, dedicated to Josep de Ribas, a Naples-born Spanish officer, who is the founder of Odessa. The street, populated by a row of large trees, is dotted with numerous outdoor cafes and sumptuous bakeries and restaurants.
FINE SAND AND BLUE WATER
Odessa is among the most sought-after destinations in Eastern Europe.
The most visited beach sites are Arcadia, Lanzheron and Dolphin. The first is characterized by a long shaded street full of bars, restaurants and kiosks. Sports lovers can rent a boat, water-ski or windsurf on the splendid waters of the Black Sea.
